I placed my order on 12/4/08 and figured that would be plenty of time for a holiday delivery since they use UPS for shipping. I contacted them on 12/14 and 12/24 with friendly emails and a gentle follow up (I was STOKED to have found the items I did for my musician hubby, and was excited to receive for Christmas). I also tried to call their (215) # in PA to follow up, figuring, yea, holiday rush, sucks, but no biggie. When I call, their auto recording says they aren't taking calls after 12:00 PST (I'm in CA....my 9:30 a.m call was too late). UGH!!

So, on 12/26 I'm frustrated b/c I still don't have a response even though the site says 72 hour response time for the Holiday's. I sent a PLEASE RESPOND NOW email w/ some frustrations, a mention of Customer Service and all my previous email attempts......... that is what it took to send me an email from them that only says "WE ALREADY RESPONDED....... and the product has shipped". LIE, I had no response, but still glad to know my 4 shirts had shipped (don't have them yet....).
This morn, 12/29, I check my bank acct and I have a surprise refund for what appears to be 2 out of 4 shirts purchased from TeeShirtsRock. I send an email that asks why he didn't tell me 2 shirts were not available when he responded to my email. I’m HOT…… so I CALL on my way to work, 7 a.m PST, and the machine again says they aren't taking calls for the holiday rush after 12:00 EST... but it's before 12!!! I call a few more times... no response. Finally, I just get an email that says,

WHICH SUCKS...... THEY LIED…obviously, with a response there would have been no need for me to keep emailing and calling. I wish I would have found this complaint site FIRST! There is no customer value, no business appreciation, and certainly won’t be return customers! I'm a frequent online shopper and this is the FIRST TIME I've ever filed any type of complaint.

Three days ago, my 16 year old son, purchased $130.00 worth of products (all his birthday money) to surprise his Daddy for his birthday. When I realized CGX charged $30.00 more than the norm, I went to return the unopened items, only to be greeted by a verbally abusive District Manager who not only insinuated that my son was stupid (b/c he didn't understand their no cash refund policy). I attempted to explain to the District Manager that not only did they tell my son too late, but he also thought "no cash refund" meant they would not give you cash, but would put the refund back on his debit card. Instead of listening to me, the District Manager started yelling at me for merely asking why we couldn't have a refund since they mislead their customers with exorbitant prices and hidden refund policies.

CGX has a policy that no one under the age of 17 can receive store credit or exchange products without an adult present, but at the same time they will allow a 16 year old to purchase $130.00 worth of products alone.

Very poor refund policy, unfair pricing and verbally abusive employees.

I want to warn everyone not to shop there so that I might spare others from CGX's abusive practices.
